This course is designed for staff in law firms who are considering their first steps into management. Particularly suited to new solicitors, or those with more experience at entry or administrative levels, who are considering their future careers with management in mind.

The course comprises:

• A set of learner materials and a learner video
• A set of manager materials and a manager video
• Exercises and initial management development activities to be completed in your firm - with both current job roles and potential futures in mind
• Progress and PDP planning activities and templates
• Support and coaching ideas and activities for the manager
• The opportunity to earn a CPD certificate for both the learner and manager

This course is suitable for one manager and up two three learners.
